I began my journey in meditation ten years ago as a tool to manage performance anxiety while completing my degree in piano performance. Since then, I have developed a consistent meditation practice in my daily life, and have studied extensively in the Vipassana style, participating in retreats at the Southeast Vipassana Center, USA and Wat Suan Mokkh, Thailand. I’ve studied various meditation techniques during yoga training in Rishikesh, India.
As a musician and avid arts supporter, I believe meditation and the arts can support one another to create stillness in the mind. I specialize in offering unique meditations that incorporate the arts.
